How to Have a Positive Birth

Hey there,

As a Birthworker & Birthkeeper, I have witnessed many different births and have had many different birth experiences.

My clients have had many different births and have described many different birth experiences.

Although we cannot control how birth unfolds, there are certain elements of birth preparation that we DO have control over and that can most definitely effect how we show up for birth and how those around us show up for birth.

These are the elements that matter when it comes to having a positive birth experience.  They include…

Birthing Location

Care-Provider

Information/Education

Mind-Body Preparation

Birth Team

Attitude/Energy

In my recorded workshop I discuss these elements and how they may impact your birth.  I also share my experience and provide guidance for you to explore your options and gain the clarity and sense you need to make the right choices for yourself, your baby and your family.

Please take time to meditate and answer the questions from the workshop in your journal or use the workbook & journal prompts provided when you sign up to be on my email list 🙂 (include link to sign up)

After answering you will have a better idea of how to prepare for a more positive birth experience and know where you need the most support!
