“The Fourth Trimester – When Everyday Feels like Monday”
What is the Fourth Trimester?
The Fourth Trimester is the three months after the birth of your baby and a time of transition and transformation.
You are learning to birth yourself into being the parent you are becoming and your newborn is adjusting to life outside the womb. Your relationships with your partner, your family and friends will go through a period of transformation as you adjust to life with a newborn. Your body has changed and you may be experiencing a full range of emotion.
During the Fourth Trimester you need to be able to rely on your village to support you, while you learn all about your newborn. But unfortunately, in this day and age, our village has become non-existent and because of this lack of support we see postpartum mood disorders, inability to face and overcome challenges, & reliance on less than stellar strategies to deal with it and overall exhaustion.
But what if I told you that you can plan & prepare for the Fourth Trimester so you can hit the ground running?
That even though you are about to enter into unknown territory you can take a map with you to help guide your way?
The Fourth Trimester Course…
is a comprehensive 6-hour course that goes into the details that you need to know, what to expect and how to holistically prepare for postpartum.
In addition to the following modules that are covered, you will receive demos, practices, how-to’s, planning templates, routine/schedule templates & recipes to support a positive postpartum.
“Jen will help you and support you in every way she can. If it weren’t for her support, I would not have had such an amazing labor experience. It was truly magical. I highly recommend Jen to anyone who is expecting. She can assist you tremendously pre-labor and postpartum with all of the questions that come up being new parents, as well as alleviate many of the challenges that come during the recovery and postpartum stage.”

“I didn’t learn what a postpartum doula was until after I had my first child. I wish I had known about doula support earlier, as the emotional, physical and educational support provided by a postpartum doula would have really helped with the transition to motherhood.
After our second child was born, we were fortunate to have Jen’s support.
She provided much needed emotional and educational support during the postpartum period.
She is passionate about the work she does and has a calming, positive energy. She is not judgmental and is respectful and accommodating of your beliefs. She has a wealth of knowledge related to pregnancy, birth, managing the postpartum period, infants, older children, nutrition and much more that is invaluable.
I highly recommend Jen to support you. It was such a great decision for us and really helped smooth our transition to a family of four.”
