The online program, includes immediate access to the full Threshold curriculum.

This includes beautifully filmed video teachings, somatic practices for birth, reflection prompts, ritual preparation, and planning tools.

This version is ideal if you’re outside of our local area or prefer to move through the material independently, with flexibility and depth.

The in-person upgrade, includes everything in the online program plus attendance at up to six bi-weekly community circles held in Costa Mesa, access to live virtual workshops, and a one-on-one Threshold Session to explore & anchor into your birth vision.

The Parenthood Project was a beautiful part of my both of my births. I could not recommend Jen’s services more!

When I was pregnant with my son, I decided that I wanted to give birth naturally in a hospital setting. We hired Jen as our doula and she made all of our wishes come true. Her energy and support gave my husband and I everything we needed to have the best experience.

We also hired her for her postpartum services; which was EVERYTHING! Everyone knows you have to take care of the baby…but what about the mom that just gave her body away for the last 40 weeks?!?

She made sure I had the best recovery possible. Not only helping me with my baby, but my body. To just name a few of my favorite things she did: herbal teas, and broths/soups, herbal baths and steams, meal prep, massages and belly binding, help with breastfeeding, pumping, and clogged ducts. With so much information on the internet, it was nice to ask someone who was a professional in the field and knew me specifically.

Sameeha’s professionalism is unmatched. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting her my husband and I knew she would be hired. She provided overnight doula services for us during the first month of our daughter’s life. I had zero reservations about Sameeha caring for my week old daughter. She was always very gentle with her and she made my daughter feel safe. Sameeha was also helpful in other ways. She taught my husband and I how to pace feed, gave us quite a few tips on bathtime, and helped out with dishes and laundry, just to name a few. Each morning she would provide a summary with time stamps of everything that took place overnight. That small gesture was extremely helpful for us to start the day. As new parents, we couldn’t have asked for a better individual to enter our home and help us get acclimated to parenthood. We’re looking forward to working with her again!

The day of Jeremiah’s birth she was extremely helpful with natural ways to induce labor and strategies to help alleviate some of the pain from contractions.
