“Support in the early weeks doesn’t just help you get through—
it shapes who you become.”
The early postpartum window can feel tender, beautiful, and overwhelming all at once. The Nurture Nest is our flexible care package for families who want hands-on support without having to manage or explain what they need. Whether you’re recovering from birth, adjusting to feeding rhythms, or just trying to catch a breath, we’re here to help you feel held.
Choose daytime or overnight care—or a blend of both. All visits are aligned with your nervous system, rhythms, and rest needs.
Flexible Postpartum Support for Rest, Rhythm & Recovery
The early weeks after birth are tender, disorienting, and deeply formative. But they weren’t meant to be navigated alone.
The Nurture Nest offers customized in-home support—daytime or overnight—that helps you rest, regulate, and reconnect with your baby and yourself. It’s designed for families who want skilled, heart-centered care that adapts to their needs, without the full structure of an all-inclusive package.
Who This Is For
The Nurture Nest is designed for families who want support they don’t have to manage or explain—especially first-time parents who feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start. It’s a beautiful fit for those with limited outside help who need consistent, reliable in-home care, as well as families recovering from birth trauma, surgical birth, or NICU stays.
This care model is also for anyone craving a nurturing presence in the early weeks—someone who can step in with calm, confidence, and heart. It’s for parents who want a different experience for themselves this time—one rooted in presence, permission, and gentle support.
What’s Included
The Nurture Nest is built around what you need most right now: presence, rhythm, nourishment, and rest. Each care plan is uniquely tailored to meet you where you are, offering the kind of support that softens the edges of this tender transition.
Support may include daytime or overnight doula care—depending on your needs and rhythms—providing consistent presence during the early postpartum window. We offer newborn care, feeding support, and guidance around soothing and responsiveness, always aligned with your baby’s development and your instincts as a parent.
We gently tend to the environment around you, offering light household help, simple nourishing meal prep, and support with older siblings or partners as needed. Our doulas bring a nervous system-informed presence to every visit—attuned not only to what’s happening on the surface, but to what your body and emotions may be quietly holding.
We also support you in finding a sustainable rhythm—whether it’s creating flow around naps, shaping early sleep habits with compassion, or mapping out gentle routines that support your recovery. Emotional check-ins are part of our visits, along with referrals to trusted resources and practitioners if needed.
This is care that doesn’t ask you to perform or push through. It simply meets you—where you are, as you are.
2–5 visits per week
2-week minimum commitment
Rates begin at $65/hour and will depend on level of care and your chosen doula’s level of experience.
You can also add on consultations, The Threshold Program, Birth Support and Reweaving Sessions for a holistic experience.
Our Approach
We don’t show up with a rigid schedule or one-size-fits-all method.
We arrive with presence, tools, and the ability to attune to your needs—moment by moment.
Whether you need a nap, a meal, a break, or someone to hold the baby while you cry or breathe—we’re there.
This is nourishment with structure. Support that adapts. Care you don’t have to over-explain.

Every family’s needs are different—
and they often change as birth gets closer or postpartum unfolds. If you’re wondering whether the Nurture Nest is the right level of care, or if a more immersive experience might better serve your recovery, we invite you to explore the difference.
Here’s how our care models compare—so you can choose the one that feels most aligned with your vision, your body, and your family.
The Nurture Nest
Flexible, part-time support for recovery, rhythm, and rest.

The Nurture Nest requires a 2-week minimum commitment, with pricing customized based on your level of care, your rhythm and your provider.
