I offer postpartum care in intentional containers that support physical recovery, nervous system regulation, nourishment, and integration after birth. Rather than one-off visits or piecemeal support, my work is designed to hold families through the early weeks and months in a way that is sustainable, embodied, and deeply supportive.
Care is offered through two pathways, depending on what kind of support you are seeking.
Daytime Postpartum Care & Nourishment
Daytime care centers on hands-on postpartum support, nourishment, and recovery guidance during waking hours.
This pathway integrates:
Postnatal bodywork and abdominal care
Pelvic floor and early core rehabilitation
Newborn care guidance and practical support
Sleep shaping foundations and lactation support
Herbal care, ritual bathing, and recovery practices
Phase-based nourishment including broths, soups, teas, and healing foods
Care is offered in structured containers to support continuity and depth, with nourishment prepared and delivered so families can focus on rest and healing.
Overnight Postpartum Support
Overnight care is designed to protect parental rest while laying healthy foundations for infant sleep and postpartum recovery.
This pathway focuses on:
Overnight infant care and feeding support
Lactation guidance and responsive soothing
Sleep shaping and developmental sleep foundations
Nervous-system-aware support for both parent and baby
Education and guidance to support long-term sleep health
Overnight care is offered in container-based packages rather than one-off nights to ensure consistency and sustainability.
Optional weekly nourishment add-ons are available for overnight clients who want additional support without added daytime care.
Combined Daytime & Overnight Care
Some families benefit from both daytime and overnight support.
When care is combined:
Daytime postpartum support is paired with limited overnight care
Overnight support is capped at two nights per week if you desire to work with a single doula to ensure sustainable, high-quality care.
Multiple doulas may be available to offer increased level of care.
Combined care is customized through the application process to ensure the right balance of support.
Because this work is intimate and personalized, care begins with a simple application. This allows us to understand your needs, timing, and what kind of support will be most helpful for you and your family.
