“The effort to separate the physical experience of childbirth from the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of this event has served to disempower and violate women.”

Intuitive, Attuned, Full-Spectrum Support
Birth is not just a physical event—it is a Rite of Passage.
Our doula support is designed to honor that.
We offer presence, preparation, and advocacy through every stage: from late pregnancy through labor, birth, and the first postpartum hours.
Whether your birth unfolds at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center, we walk beside you—holding space for your body’s wisdom, your emotional landscape, and your sovereign choices.
What’s Included
Your doula care begins with two private prenatal visits, either in-home or virtual, where we’ll explore your birth preferences, practice support tools, and prepare emotionally and practically for labor and postpartum.
You’ll also receive full access to The Threshold Program, which includes self-paced education, live virtual workshops, and in-person community circles if you’re local.
Starting at 37 weeks, we’ll be on-call and available 24/7 to support you whenever labor begins.
You’ll receive continuous in-person support throughout active labor and birth, whether you’re at home, in a birth center, or a hospital setting.
After your baby is born, we stay with you for 1 to 2 hours to support early bonding, feeding, and emotional integration.
In the days after birth, we’ll schedule an in-home postpartum visit to check in on your recovery, feeding rhythms, nervous system, and any emotional processing that may be arising.
You’ll also have phone and text access throughout your care journey for ongoing support and connection.
All care is trauma-informed, somatically grounded, and deeply relational—tailored to your body, your story, and your birth path.
Who This Is For
This offering is for families who want intentional, continuous support from someone they know and trust. You might be preparing for your first birth or seeking a redemptive second experience. You may be working with a midwife, OB, or planning a VBAC.
You want advocacy that centers your voice, tools to stay grounded through labor, and a guide who knows how to support your nervous system and your inner knowing—not just manage a process.

“Jen is an incredible person and doula. I was scheduled to give birth at the Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, and after much research I came across her profile and website.
Jen has beautiful energy and offers the upmost support, kindness, and love throughout the entire pregnancy and birthing experience. She was so committed and passionate in making my experience a beautiful one. She has to be one of the most dedicated doulas I have ever met. She is extremely patient and understanding. She cares deeply about her clients and goes above and beyond to accommodate their individual needs. She guided me throughout the entire process helping me with the challenges that come up with pregnancy, preparing me mentally, physically, and spiritually for labor, and assisting me in my recovery and post labor healing process. Much of our communication was virtual due to the pandemic, and I feel forever grateful that she helped me get through this pregnancy and labor during such difficult times.
Jen will help you and support you in every way she can. If it weren’t for her support, I would not have had such an amazing labor experience. It was truly magical. I highly recommend Jen to anyone who is expecting. She can assist you tremendously pre-labor and postpartum with all of the questions that come up being new parents, as well as alleviate many of the challenges that come during the recovery and postpartum stage.”
“Jen is amazing! I had the unmedicated birth I planned for with her support, and couldn’t have done it without her.“
