“The effort to separate the physical experience of childbirth from the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of this event has served to disempower and violate women.”
Mary Rucklos Hampton

This offering is for families seeking intentional, continuous birth support from someone they know and trust. Care is relational, consistent, and grounded in the understanding that birth unfolds best when the birthing person feels safe, seen, and supported.
Signature Doula Support includes two private prenatal visits, offered virtually or in-home, along with ongoing phone and text support throughout pregnancy. Families receive 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks, up to 14 hours of continuous, in-person active labor support, immediate postpartum care following the birth, and one postpartum follow-up visit.
All care is trauma-informed, somatically grounded, and deeply relational—tailored to your body, your story, and your unique birth path.
Investment begins at $2,500.
Package fees may vary depending on the experience level of the attending doula, as individual doulas set their own rates and payment schedules. Exclusive bonuses may be included based on your needs, and payment plans may be available.
Insurance + Benefits Support
Some of our doulas are in-network with insurance providers or able to accept FSA/HSA funds.
We are currently developing a dedicated team-based program to meet the needs of some of our insurance-covered clients.
Most of us are an approved provider through Carrot Fertility, Maven, and Progyny.
If you are using employer-sponsored fertility or family-building benefits, let us know so we can guide you through the process.
Please note: coverage and reimbursement vary based on your individual plan and provider and it is your responsibility to know what your benefits are so we can know how we can support you.

“Jen was my doula for the birth of my second child. I was determined to do a hospital VBAC with minimal intervention and Jen was instrumental in helping me design and realize my birth plan. I was immediately drawn to her confident and down-to-earth energy; I knew she was strong enough for me to lean on, but would not overpower my voice. I appreciated that she was was supportive of my evidence-based values but also challenged me to consider some of my choices in a different way. For example, she helped me get connected to more supportive midwife care at HOAG when I was experiencing some pushback from my original OBGYN group on my VBAC plans. During the birth, Jen felt like a stable pillar of support. I felt more confident in my own ability to have a low-intervention birth knowing she was there by our side. There was a point when I wanted to give up, but Jen held my hand through the pain and helped me find that confidence in myself again. I know my husband was also grateful for her steady leadership and guidance. Jen taught us some critical counter-pressure techniques and helped me advocate for things that made my birth experience more comfortable in the hospital setting (inflatable tub, laughing gas, etc.). Overall, I had a really wonderful birth experience with Jen by my side. I wish I had her with me for the birth of my firstborn.”
“Jen is an incredible person and doula. I was scheduled to give birth at the Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, and after much research I came across her profile and website.
Jen has beautiful energy and offers the upmost support, kindness, and love throughout the entire pregnancy and birthing experience. She was so committed and passionate in making my experience a beautiful one. She has to be one of the most dedicated doulas I have ever met. She is extremely patient and understanding. She cares deeply about her clients and goes above and beyond to accommodate their individual needs. She guided me throughout the entire process helping me with the challenges that come up with pregnancy, preparing me mentally, physically, and spiritually for labor, and assisting me in my recovery and post labor healing process. Much of our communication was virtual due to the pandemic, and I feel forever grateful that she helped me get through this pregnancy and labor during such difficult times.
Jen will help you and support you in every way she can. If it weren’t for her support, I would not have had such an amazing labor experience. It was truly magical. I highly recommend Jen to anyone who is expecting. She can assist you tremendously pre-labor and postpartum with all of the questions that come up being new parents, as well as alleviate many of the challenges that come during the recovery and postpartum stage.”
“Jen is amazing! I had the unmedicated birth I planned for with her support, and couldn’t have done it without her.“
